The quality and design are just impeccable. I have have 5 lamps from this company. Every single one of them is a showstopper. Furthermore, their customer service is fast and incredibly helpful. I asked to customize one of the lamps, they replied within hours and confirmed alterations free of charge. On another occasion I asked to delay DHL shipping by a few days while I was traveling. Again, the reply was very quick, friendly and positive. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I ordered the triple pink parasol and it was absolutely beautiful! They even custom made the color of the tassels and the size so that it would fit better in my room. The quality was excellent. I have received so many compliments from my friends. I received it in less than 2 weeks all the way from Bali to New Hampshire. I couldn't find anyone else who would deliver to the US. Beautiful, well-made chandelier — we love it!! Shipping was quick and well packaged, and we only had to pay a small amount of customs. Seller was very responsive to questions, and customized the length of the hanging wire for us. FYI I bought a ceiling rose that had a built-in hook to allow for both the pendant light inside and the chandelier hook. I would buy from this seller again!
