Amazing workmanship and intricate packaging. Wonderful customer service, excellent product! Very happy customer. I'll be buying more 😊
The quality and design are just impeccable. I have have 5 lamps from this company. Every single one of them is a showstopper. Furthermore, their customer service is fast and incredibly helpful. I asked to customize one of the lamps, they replied within hours and confirmed alterations free of charge. On another occasion I asked to delay DHL shipping by a few days while I was traveling. Again, the reply was very quick, friendly and positive. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I had such a wonderful experience ordering from Roomi Decor! The communication and customer service were excellent! I had a lot of questions and it took me forever to decide on my lantern. I had previously had a bad experience with a different company and felt extra cautious. They patiently answered all of my questions, were wonderful and helpful moving through the customs process. My order arrived well packaged and quickly. The lantern is absolutely beautiful and wonderful quality. I could not be happier with my purchase and cannot recommend them enough!
I was searching far and wide for a nice Capiz Chandelier to complement my dining area. The quality is amazing and comes packed very safely. Shipment was received swiftly and thus very happy with my purchase.
This is one of my favorite pieces in the space. Mostly, because I got to personally communicate with the shop/artist. I got to "see" their beautiful heart and care and pride to create this beautiful work or art. It makes my heart happy to look at this piece every time I walk in the room. Amazing communication. Fast shipping. And careful packaging. Highly recommend. I'm so grateful! Thank you thank you!!
This beautiful Chandalier has added so much character to my balcony. LOVE LOVE!!
Customer service was excellent and my lamps were delivered in good time and very well packaged. I love them! Will definitely be buying more beautiful things from Roomi. Thank you!!

Amazing door, great quality. Very professional customer service - quick responsiveness, quick order processing, fast shipment.
So pleased with how these turned out! So easy to work with and chandelier arrived fast and even better in person! I ordered 4 items and they were all perfection!
I ordered the triple pink parasol and it was absolutely beautiful! They even custom made the color of the tassels and the size so that it would fit better in my room. The quality was excellent. I have received so many compliments from my friends. I received it in less than 2 weeks all the way from Bali to New Hampshire. I couldn't find anyone else who would deliver to the US. Their customer service was very good. They answered all of my emails immediately. I highly recommend ordering from them.
Der Muschelluster ist einfach traumhaft schön. Er sieht genau so aus wie abgebildet und wir freuen uns tagtäglich darüber, so eine schöne Leuchte zu haben :)
Beautiful light and completely unique. I’ve already had compliments and people asking where I bought this from. A great buy!
I loved it. Looks perfect in the project.
Very nice product. Do not hesitate to buy it
I could not have had a better experience. I had some difficultly with customs in Mexico and Eka from room.decor was there to help every step of the way. Add to that, the chandeliers are absolutely beautiful. They get my highest recommendation.
Everything is amazing…..
Amazing product
Outstanding service
Will share picture soon….
Beautiful, well-made chandelier — we love it!! Shipping was quick and well packaged, and we only had to pay a small amount of customs. Seller was very responsive to questions, and customized the length of the hanging wire for us. FYI I bought a ceiling rose that had a built-in hook to allow for both the pendant light inside and the chandelier hook. I would buy from this seller again!
It was really nice and he replied quickly to whatever request.
Ik heb een spiegel laten maken van een foto. Perfect gedaan!! Het pakket was zeer goed verpakt. En het contact met de verkoper was aangenaam. Bedankt voor de service en de mooie spiegel.
