Return and exchange

If you are not satisfied with your online order, you have 14 days to return the item, counting from the date you received your order.

The article must then be returned undamaged and neatly packed together with the completed return. NB! The costs involved are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item has been received we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs to the account of the buyer. Costs of damage and loss are also for your account. That is why we recommend that you send the package with a track & trace code.

If you want to exchange an item, we will send the new item (if available).

Shipping costs will be charged for exchanges. For returns, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
