Beautiful chandelier!

The quality and design are just impeccable. I have have 5 lamps from this company. Every single one of them is a showstopper. Furthermore, their customer service is fast and incredibly helpful. I asked to customize one of the lamps, they replied within hours and confirmed alterations free of charge. On another occasion I asked to delay DHL shipping by a few days while I was traveling. Again, the reply was very quick, friendly and positive. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic Experience, Fantastic Product!!!

I had such a wonderful experience ordering from Roomi Decor! The communication and customer service were excellent! I had a lot of questions and it took me forever to decide on my lantern. I had previously had a bad experience with a different company and felt extra cautious. They patiently answered all of my questions, were wonderful and helpful moving through the customs process. My order arrived well packaged and quickly. The lantern is absolutely beautiful and wonderful quality. I could not be happier with my purchase and cannot recommend them enough!

Beautiful triple parasol

I ordered the triple pink parasol and it was absolutely beautiful! They even custom made the color of the tassels and the size so that it would fit better in my room. The quality was excellent. I have received so many compliments from my friends. I received it in less than 2 weeks all the way from Bali to New Hampshire. I couldn't find anyone else who would deliver to the US. Their customer service was very good. They answered all of my emails immediately. I highly recommend ordering from them.
